I was delighted with the overall customer service at this hotel for the weekend. They quickly changed our room for a disabled access room still on the ground floor. The staff were very happy to sort out taxis to and from the wedding reception and meal deals at the Brewers Fayre restaurant. However, on ringing the customer service at head office to raise a complaint, there were some issues.
